Beth opened the meeting with a basic introduction and lead into the history of Bridge Street School and how the Ad-Hoc Committee was formed. She discussed where the Ad-Hoc Committee was in the process and explained the needs of the community and what other communities in Hartford County have for facilities.
John Ireland continued the presentation with detailed explainations about the building and site analysis. He reviewed the environmental hazards and traffic plans and discussed why new construction was not the recommended course of action. The formal renderings, site plan and building layout were presented and discussed. He concluded with an explaination of project costs.

Wendy continued the presentation with an explaination of the staffing model for a new facility. She discussed the departments current struggles and how a new facility would greatly improve program offerings and continuity of the department. She detailed out current program offerings and future offerings within a new facility. She showed revenue and expenses projections and showed the future growth expectation. She explained how the department would successfullly market to customers.

Krystal concluded the presentation with a thorough discussion into the financial feasability of the project and an explaination of how the project would be funded. She reviewed our current debt service and capital expense budget and reviewed the projected cost of bonds and impact to tax payers.
